PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
"Raintree Farms" - a beautiful and scenic development about 15 minutes from hustling & bustling towns like Chesnee, Boiling Springs, Landrum, and Tryon - situated about a mile from the SC / NC state line, off of Chesnee HWY and very close to HWY 11. Raintree Farm was a 64 acre cattle farm with 2 large red barns and has been recently subdivided into 2 - 6 acre lots to create manageable "Farmettes" for people who want to live outside of the city, but not be too far away to "run to the store". The lots will allow you to have livestock (horses, goats, chickens) or grow an amazing garden, without any HOA dues or restrictions. The only restriction that will be implemented is "no mobile homes". Many of the lots will have views of the barns or mountains. As you stand on one of the lots, you feel the warm breeze in your hair and all you hear are the birds & crickets! As municipalities continue to implement more and more restrictions, Lots like these are harder and harder to find.
