Hi! I'm Caroline Lewis. Real estate started out as my hobby, and quickly became my profession. I am married to a General Contractor, so we first got our start in house flipping. My experience gives me a unique perspective when looking at houses. I know how to see the true value and help an owner bring out the best features in a home. As a Realtor, I love getting to help buyers find the perfect home by truly understanding their needs and helping them find a house that an automatic search may not show. I also love helping sellers maximize their returns through making small tweaks in their house to get a higher appraisal value. An interesting fact about me is that my husband and I took a 4 month cross country road trip in an RV a few years ago!
