Hi there! I’m Kristina Sashchenko, and I began my real estate journey in 2023—but the spark for it started much earlier. When my husband and I bought our first home, I absolutely fell in love with the process. That experience lit a fire in me, and now I get to help others find that same feeling of joy, comfort, and excitement in their own home journey.

I was born in Ukraine and came to the United States when I was just four years old. I speak both English and Russian, which allows me to connect with and support a wider range of clients in a more personal and meaningful way.
I’ve been married for 12 wonderful years and have two amazing kids who keep life busy and fun. We moved to Simpsonville, South Carolina, in 2021, and I love helping families who are relocating—because I’ve been there myself. I also volunteer as a Sunday school teacher’s helper at my church, and in my free time, I love cooking, baking, and traveling with my family.
